To answer enquiries you send through the form, by phone, by email or on WhatsApp and, where instructed, to provide the professional services you engage us for and manage the resulting contract.
Legal basis
The consent you give when sending us an enquiry and, where an engagement follows, performance of the services contract. In certain cases, compliance with legal obligations that apply to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the statutory limitation periods, so that we can respond to any claims. After that it is deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not pass your data to third parties except where legally required or where it is essential to the matter you have instructed us on (for example, filing with the competent authority). We make no international transfers.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@gestiprox.com or to the address above, proving your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, so your visit is not disclosed to anyone else. The one exception is the map: it does not load on its own. You see a preview we draw ourselves, and only if you press “Show the map” is Google Maps loaded — at which point it may set cookies. If you never press it, nothing is sent to Google.
