A small firm, and that is what makes it work
We are not a large firm and we do not want to be. Whoever handles your first visit is the person who handles your file and the person who answers the phone when you call six months later.
Gestiprox is at Carrer Benicarló 34, in Vila-real. We work with people from all over the Valencian Community, above all from the province of Castellón, on three fronts that in practice cross constantly: immigration, business administration and legal advice.
How we see this work
An immigration file is not paperwork. It is whether your wife can come, whether you can sign a contract, whether you can travel to your father’s funeral and come back. When someone treats that as one more form, the person on the other side of the desk notices.
So there is one thing we do deliberately: we say no when a case has no prospects, even when that means losing the instruction.
Languages
If you have difficulties with the language, we advise you to come with a relative or friend who can help you better understand the matters we deal with. Good understanding is the start of a good application.
You must come with an appointment: that way we organise ourselves better and make sure we give you the time you need, without interruptions.

Is the first consultation charged?
An initial steer by phone about which route applies to you is free. If the matter requires studying documents, reading a decision or assessing the prospects of an appeal, that is work and we will tell you what it costs before doing it, never after.
Can I come without an appointment?
No, you need to come with an appointment: that way we organise ourselves better and make sure we give you the time you need, without interruptions. You can get one easily and conveniently through the website.
Do you take cases from outside Vila-real?
We can take on cases from anywhere in Spain, although it takes more coordination. Much of the process can be handled without you travelling each time, though it helps to meet in person for the first visit.
